The pastor serves the church as a co-leader alongside other Elders who work together to spiritually care for the church and equip church members for ministry (Ephesians 4:11-13). The Deacons and Staff work in conjunction with the elders to oversee the practical needs and care of the church (e.g. Acts 6:1-6).
