Backpacks for Belize!

Our supported missionaries, Pastor Victor and Sharon Hernandez serve the local church in Belize through a number of outreach events.

One of their big events is to provide backpacks for children in the local area at Christmas time. Forestdale Church has committed to providing 250 backpacks, which will be shipped out in September.

We will be providing backpacks for girls and boys between the ages of 6- 8 years old.

Now is the PERFECT time to start to purchase supplies due to the “end of the summer” and “back to school” sales.

All donations are due by September 6th. A packing party will be on September 12th.

• 75 pairs boy flip flops
• 60 pairs girl flip flops
• 123 reusable water bottles
• 119 small balls
• 55 jump ropes
• 98 small toys for boys
• 110 small toys for girls
• 8 crayons, 24 pk
• 183 small pencil cases
• 126 scissors
• 64 pencil sharpeners
• 222 erasers
• 30 coloring books
• Monetary donation to help with shipping costs
